Rachna Patel started with the Effner Financial Group in 2007. She graduated from Purdue University with a major in Financial Advising and Counseling. Prior to joining the team, Rachna worked for a recruiting firm mainly doing marketing and sales. She is currently the Senior Director of Recruitment and Selection and Professional RACE Coach. In her role, she identifies sharp, driven, outgoing and passionate individuals that are looking to build a career in the financial services industry. As a Professional RACE Coach, Rachna coaches Financial Representatives to get off to a fast start in order to achieve their personal, professional and financial goals throughout their career. Rachna enjoys traveling, meeting new people and going out to restaurants.

Andrea Barnstable started with the Effner Financial Group in July of 2010. Her role as the campus recruiter involves recruiting highly ambitious, self-motivated students to be a part of the internship program. In addition to working full-time as a campus recruiter for the Effner Financial Group, Andrea is also continuing her education at Aurora University. Attending college truly enhances Andrea’s passion for working with students to help them achieve personal and professional success, as she finds it easy to relate to the mindset of a college student. When Andrea is not busy studying, she enjoys working out, watching movies, and of course, spending time with her family and friends
